What’s Included?

4 Day, 3 Night Stay at The Cabin

Spend 4 days and 3 nights in our cozy cabin in the Catskill Mountains along the creek. With a warm shared living space and deck overlooking the forest, you’ll be recharging in no time.

Community Dinners from a Private Chef

Chef Mel will join us each evening for a coursed meal with ingredients sourced from local farms in the Hudson Valley. She’ll also be in the kitchen providing a lovely breakfast spread the morning of our departure!

Daily Pilates Classes + Meditation

Your favorite classes brought to the mountains: Set The Tone, Revive, Invigorate, and Wind Down. Two classes will be offered each day, as well as a morning meditation. All classes and meditations are optional! This is your retreat.

Breakfast + Lunch From Reap

A class act…we love REAP! Based in Fishtown, REAP Wellness provides plant-based, colorful meals for the soul. We’ll enjoy prepped breakfast and lunch from REAP daily.

Wim Hof Workshop with Ignite Sadhana

Peter and Jason will join us to facilitate the most transformational breath, cold plunge, and connection workshop…right at the cabin.

Bonfire Party

Enjoy s’mores, tunes, and drinks of all kinds on our final night! Connection, conversation, parting words…

    Alli is the founder of In Flow With Alli, a Pilates based method and mental wellness brand. She teaches on a pop-up basis in Philadelphia and at The Sanctuary Wellness studio in Flourtown, PA. You can also find her co-hosting movement and wellness driven events in the city.

    Alli is classically trained and certified in Levels I-V of the Joseph Pilates Mat work, through Pilates Method Alliance.

    She is a mindful meditation teacher through the Radical Compassion Institute and Reiki level II.

The Zen - Sold Out

  • The most luxurious accommodation in the cabin, The Zen sleeps up to 3 with a Queen bed, sofa bed, balcony, jacuzzi, and a private bathroom.

  • Double: $1,900 per person

    Triple: $1,550 per person

The Monkey - Sold Out

  • Wanna travel with your friends? This is the room for you all! With two Queen beds, The Monkey sleeps up to 4 and has a shared bathroom. Monkeys represent intelligence, playfulness, and curiosity.

  • Double: $1,800 per person

    Triple: $1,500 per person

    Quad: $1,200 per person

The Guru - Sold Out

  • The Guru offers a cozy, nook-like stay with one Queen bed, a sofa bed, and shared bathroom with The Monkey. It can sleep 1 or 2.

  • Double: $1,400 per person

The Pine - Sold Out

  • Nestled away in the cabin’s semi-private Den, the Pine has a comfortable sofa bed and is perfect for the solo traveler. Shared bathroom with view outdoors and walk out to the warp around porch.

  • Single: $1,000
